Fatties are 4.5 to 5 ounces & a mini which is a tad over 2 ounces will be added in future.
Callebaut 811-a Semi-Sweet Chocolate perfectly mixed for that oozy, chewy, Ultimate Cookie experience.. This is almost the favorite among customers favorite Cookies.
SUGAR- What is the number one complaint besides nothing tastes like it used to.
WAY to Sweet. Everythign is done to keep them around 30 gms of sugar. That is well over 1/2 the amount most others use in this size of a cookie.
Our FATTIES are a big deal: generously proportioned, extra chunky, with a break-apart texture that's perfectly baked, from the crisp outer to the chewy gooey center. We bake them fresh every day using luxury ingredients like grassfed butter, eggs from the farm, Clean Flour and Chocolates like Callebaut, ValHora.
For an extra special treat we recommend warming your cookie in the oven for that just-baked experience.
EATING YOUR COOKIE
Do Not Use A Microwave. It will destroy the cookie.
We recommend heating your Cookies for up to 5 mins at 325-350°F in some type of oven to enjoy them at their very best, but they can also be served at room temperature. Experiment with times & temperatrues as every oven is different.
ALLERGNAS: Please note that we bake in an environment that handles Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Nuts, and we use products that are produced in kithens that handle Peanuts. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from any of the above.
INGREDIENTS: All Purpose Unbleached Flour Unbromated (free os pestisides), Grass Fed Butter, Brown Sugar, Lake Meadows Eggs or Eggs From PA, Baking Soda & Baking Powder & Callebaut Chocolate. Vanilla is not imitation.
Most of the ingredients come from Pennsylvania.
